Innovate UK and Defra Announce R&D Fund for Agricultural Innovation in England

Innovate UK and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) have announced two collaborative competitions under the Farming Futures R&D Fund, part of the wider Farming Innovation Programme. A combined total of up to £12.5 million in funding has been made available for industrial research projects focused on advancing agricultural practices in England.
