Launch of Learning and Skills Project Calls for Proposals in the Leicester and Leicestershire LEP area.

Due to an ageing workforce, tightening labour market and under-representation of certain groups and women in key roles within Leicester and Leicestershire, local businesses are increasingly identifying higher skills and skills shortages as barriers to business growth especially in some key sectors.
