Scottish Government Unveils £150 Million Building Scotland Fund

Funding for non-public sector organisations in Scotland to help with the development of new affordable and private sector housing; the development of modern industrial and commercial property; and support industry-led research and development (R&D).
The Scottish Government has launched its £150 million Building Scotland Fund. The programme was first announced in the Draft Budget 2018-2019, and is the precursor to the Scottish National Investment Bank.
