Welsh Government Invites Applications for Community-owned Renewable Energy Projects

Organisations based in Wales can apply for capital grants to develop locally-owned renewable energy and Smart Local Energy Systems (SLES). The funding programme forms part of Ynni Cymru, a Welsh Government initiative launched in 2023 to promote local ownership of energy assets and support the transition to a low-carbon economy.
