£750,000 Workplace Equality Fund for Scotland - Round Two Open

Voluntary Action Fund (VAF) is inviting applications for the next round of the Workplace Equality Fund, which it is managing on behalf of the Scottish Government. This Fund is open to private sector and third sector organisations.

The aim of the one-year Workplace Equality Fund is to support Scottish businesses to identify and promote practices that can reduce employment inequalities, discrimination and other barriers at work. The Fund specifically seeks to address those workplace imbalances commonly experienced by minority ethnic people, women, disabled people and older workers.
