€30 Million Budget for EACEA European Universities Initiative

Pilot programme will support six European University alliances to promote a strengthened European identity, while also boosting excellence and helping to make European higher education institutions more competitive.

Launched as part of the 2019 Erasmus+ Work Programme under Key Action 2: Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices, the pilot European Universities initiative has a two-fold objective in line with the vision for a European Education Area by 2025:
