Welsh Government Announces £35m for New Approaches to Housebuilding

Funding will be offered to social housing providers and the private sector in Wales to undertake innovative housing projects, testing new approaches and technologies for developing social and affordable homes.
The Innovative Housing Programme has been established to support affordable housing projects that can deliver new homes across Wales. The programme aims to create demonstrator schemes to help inform the Welsh Government about the type of homes it should invest in for the future.
