The 2019 BBI JU Call is now open to applications.

The Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU) is a public-private partnership between the European Union and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) and operates under Horizon 2020. The aim of BBI JU is to implement a programme of research and innovation activities in Europe that will assess the availability of renewable biological resources that can be used for the production of bio-based materials, and on that basis support the establishment of sustainable bio-based value chains.
