Registrations for £1 Billion Building Safety Fund Open on 1 June

Funding is being provided to building owners and registered providers of social housing to meet the cost of removing unsafe cladding on residential blocks of flats in England that do not comply with building regulations.
The Government announced in the Budget that it will provide £1 billion in 2020 to 2021 to support the remediation of unsafe non-aluminium composite material (non-ACM) cladding system on residential buildings 18 metres and over, in both the private and social housing sectors.
