However,there is one thing that is common to every business in every country and sector around the world – finance. It determines the income coming in and the expenditure going out, inputs and outputs, the size of an organisation, and more importantly if it will be financially successful and sustainable.

The workshop will be ran as an interactive group session which will involve working in groups and on your own to start/create your own Business Budget and Cashflow analysis. It will be delivered at the premises of Craven Park Enterprise Centre, Hull by Jo Branagan from Jo Branagan Helpful Business Support.

What do you need to bring:

  • A tablet/laptop which will allow you to work on Spreadsheets (please contact us below if you do not hold a suitable device)
  • A Calculator – the one on your mobile/tablet will suffice
  • If you attended the Business Plan Workshop earlier in the month please bring your business Plan with you

Requisites to attending this course and delivery method

Registration starts at 9:30 am for both registered ENRG clients and new clients.

Handouts will be provided, and digital files can also be facilitated after the workshop upon request.
