HR and Employment Law services can help you deal with contracts, employee matters, or even a full-on crisis — and move on to build a positive, professional, and productive team. This workshop will be delivered at The Octagon, Walker Street, Hull by Tracy Petersen from Cut To The Chase.

Target audience:

  • ENRG2 registered clients
  • New clients need to register (by registering with this event you are agreeing to be contacted by the ENRG team)
  • Hull residents only

Content:

This workshop covers 4 main subjects of this vast area of business. The 2-day course will be broken down into 4 main elements:

  • Recruitment
  • Learning and Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance and Reward

Each area will cover the essentials you need as an entrepreneur to bring your business to the next level.

Requisites to attending this course and delivery method

Registration starts at 5:30 pm for both registered ENRG clients and new clients.

The course is delivered face-to-face as a group. It will be interactive involving group and individual exercises, visual aids, case studies and group discussion.

Handouts will be provided, and digital files can also be facilitated after the workshop upon request.
